Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The Sir Thomas Hotel does not accept stag/hen parties or group bookings. The hotel management reserves the right to cancel stag/hen and group bookings without notice up to the time of check-in. Any cancelled rooms will incur cancellation charges totalling the full stay.

Please note that a credit card is required for authorisation on arrival at the hotel. If you do not have a credit card full payment is required on arrival aswell as a cash deposit of £50 or a form of ID being left with reception until check out.
